Day One:
Focus-Immediate Family
Book-Are You My Mother

Talk About-Who is in your immediate Family, Family name, 
Math- Write out Name and count letters loosely based on
 thisnumber matching
Drama-Use this envelope idea to make a house and play with your Popsicle family
Practice/Memory Work-Last Name Initial , Practice writing full name, Family Hands
Media Helps-Disney Families/Babies

Day Two:
Focus-Extended Family
Book-Nana Upstairs, Nana Downstairs
Talk About-What an extended family is and who is in yours
Math-count cousins, count aunts and uncles, count how many people in your family. If needed use pictures to help count. Number Writing Practice (worksheet generator)
Drama-pretend to be at a family reunion
Practice/Memory Work-Use the Faces to draw Family Members, Pull out Pictures (or facebook) and practice the names of extended family and how they are related, call grandma and ask about her favorite things.

Talk About-Family Members come in all shapes and sizes and it's important to help and Love one another, emotions that we feel for family members
Math-Shape RecognitionHearts Pattern Worksheet

Practice/Memory Work- Make a Face emotions, color and identify these emotions
